Evergreen Adventures now offers outdoor experiences in and around Atlanta, GA. Because the great outdoors and adventures are our specialty, you can be rest assured that this is so much more than your average sleepover! Our aim is to create unique, luxury experiences for families, children, and adults that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come!

Indoor Sleepover

We offer an indoor camping option for kiddos who are apprehensive about sleeping outdoors or when the weather isn’t great for being outside. No more sleeping on the hard ground or worrying if you have enough sleeping bags for everyone. We transform your home into the ultimate Indoor Camping space that is safe and comfy!

Your time is precious and so often as parents we spend so much time stressing over the details that we don’t even get a chance to enjoy the party we spent weeks planning! Don’t worry, we got your back. All you have to do is book, invite your guests and ENJOY!

Family Backyard Camping

Our tents allow your family to create amazing memories together under the stars in your own backyardSouth of Atlanta and around the perimeter of Atlanta. We provide a tent that is big enough for the entire family to join in, we also provide all of those special details to help you feel like you are camping in woods!

Evergreen Adventure Camp -Bell Tent Experiences

If you are looking for more than a tent rental, we got you! Take your event to the next level with our beautiful bell tent. This luxurious experience will help transform your backyard into an unforgettable sleepover or the ultimate chill spot. Our larger canvas tents are perfect for larger sleepovers, birthday parties, baby showers, and much more! You pick the colors and we show up and do the rest.

Our expansive Bell Tent(requires 22-24ft cleared grassy area for staking)16.4ft Diameter/209 sq. ft interior space, 10ft high at center/5’3″ entrance height. Our team will deliver, set-up, and take down everything so all you have to do is show up!

Evergreen Solo Camp

Want to get away, without trekking into the woods to get away? We can bring the luxuries of a solo glamping experience to your backyard, or anywhere your heart desires(you reserve the site, we’ll bring the rest).

Evergreen Lovers

Celebrate love with an evening under our Bell Tent! We’ll set up the perfect romantic space complete with Queen sized bed, floor cushions, throw pillows, twinkle lights, rugs, and bottle of champagne. Our Evergreen Lovers package is perfect for any special occasion, anniversaries, birthdays or even proposals.

Movie Night Under the Stars

We bring the movie theater to YOU and create a spectacular outdoor movie experience under the stars. You can enjoy your favorite movie (even home movies) with movie theater sound quality on the big screen.

Pricing & Delivery

$100 for grass staking & $150 for hard surface/artificial turf staking + $50 delivery within our metro Atlanta delivery zone. Delivery to a location outside of Metro Atlanta, may incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We accept check and all major credit cards (3% card processing fee applies.)

50% Deposit required at time of booking with remaining payment due 14 daysbefore event date.

Additional guests? No problem, we can expand the experience for up to 8 guests.

Weather information

Evergreen Adventure Camp experiences are set up outdoors, always weather permitting. We monitor the weather and will update you if there is anything anticipated to impact your event. Bell tent, Glamping, events, andLuxury picnics will not be set up if extreme weather is anticipated, including thunderstorms or high winds. We will reschedule, move event to your indoor location (without the bell tent) or switch to an indoor slumber party, depending on availability. We will always consult you ahead of time. This is for the safety and enjoyment of you and your guests.

How our Outdoor ExperiencesWork

Picnic & Sleepover Rentals

We work with our clients to craft a one-of-a-kind experience. Each of our experience rentals are crafted as complete setups. We do not rent individual items.We are an inclusive experienc ewhere we set everything up and break it all down. We don’t ship our rentals and currently don’t offer a DIY option. We want to ensure that what you envision comes to life and that it can happen without adding stress to your special event.

Setup & Breakdown

The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive. For safety reasons and to protect your home and belongings, we cannot move furniture, trampolines or clearing the space for your experience.

For outdoor experiences, the sprinkler system must be turned off the day before of the event in order to avoid a wet lawn.

Once your party or experience is complete, we will arrive to disassemble our setup. Please be aware that we do not clean up party trash.

Rentals Pricing

Prices vary depending mainly on the theme you choose from our current options. All of our experiences include a considerable number of props, string lights, throw pillows and decoration, which is reflected in the price.

Contract & Payment

A 40% deposit is required to book an event. The deposit secures the date and time. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. Terms and conditions are found within the contract. The balance is due on the date of the event.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund.

Cancellations made due to weather conditions on the date of the event will receive a full refund excluding customization costs.

Service Area & Transportation Fee

We are located in Hampton, GA but currently serve the metro Atlanta areas as well. However, there is a transportation fee to service some areas outside of the Atlanta perimeter.

Safety & Cleanliness

Every tent is secured to a sandbag or staked into the ground, keeping it firm and stable minimizing any risk of falling down throughout the event.
Pillow covers, linens and blankets are professionally cleaned and they come in a plastic bag directly from the cleaner.
Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after every event.
String lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard.
Non-slip mats are placed under mattresses, wooden crates and rugs so they stay in place.
Every tent pole has a rubber or silicone floor protector.
